In this year's summer series, the Donau Zeitung presents the region's ‘hidden champions’ - medium-sized companies that are leaders in their markets but often operate behind the scenes. Our company MTC Micro Tech Components GmbH kicked things off yesterday.
We welcomed a group of readers to Josef-Krätz-Straße 13 in Dillingen for an exclusive tour of the company. The visit began with a company presentation by our Managing Director Matthias Kronmüller, followed by a lively discussion. We then took the guests on a tour through our modern building, where they were able to familiarise themselves with the various departments.
The visitors were particularly impressed by the modern facilities and sustainable measures. Our offices are bright and friendly and all employees can work flexibly in the building. Matthias Kronmüller emphasised the importance of employee satisfaction and our comprehensive sustainability goals, which can also be found on our website.
The tour ended in the warehouse, where a delivery of around 20,000 parts had just arrived from South Korea. The participants were enthusiastic about the opportunity to gain an insight into our innovative and successful company.
