The MTC Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025 is complete and we're pleased with the positive results!
First and foremost, we would like to thank all our customers who took the time to participate in the survey. Your feedback on our products and services is extremely valuable and plays a vital role in helping us to continuously improve.
Analysis of the results shows that satisfaction with MTC is very high. This positive feedback both confirms our efforts and motivates us to keep improving. At the same time, we take the constructive criticism we received seriously and are already implementing targeted measures to further enhance our offerings – because your opinion matters!
A special highlight of the survey:
We pledged to make a donation for every completed questionnaire, and we’re proud to have now donated €500 to Glühwürmchen e.V., an organisation that supports children with cancer, severe or chronic illnesses, and their families. Handing over the donation to the chairwoman, Rosemarie Schweyer, was a moving moment for us.
We were deeply impressed by the insights into the projects made possible by Glühwürmchen e.V., which served as a clear reminder of the vital and meaningful nature of their work.
