EMI problems in control cabinets do not usually arise by chance. They mainly occur in places where the enclosure structure is interrupted or must be left open for specific reasons. Typical weak points include door gaps, ventilation openings, viewing areas and cable entries.

It is precisely in these areas that shielding performance can be significantly reduced, with potential implications for the functional safety of the entire system.

In our recent all-staff meeting, we officially presented our updated corporate design. Our previous corporate design has been a reliable part of our brand communication for many years. It has created recognition and shaped our identity. This foundation remains – and is being purposefully developed further.

Our goal: a modern, consistent appearance that preserves our identity while positioning our USPs more clearly. Not a radical break, but a strategic evolution that strengthens our brand for the demands of both print and digital channels.

MTC Micro Tech Components GmbH looks back on a successful participation in Fit for Job in Höchstädt and would like to thank all visitors who made their way to the trade fair last Saturday.

More than 100 companies presented around 250 apprenticeships and further training opportunities. Numerous young people took the opportunity to find out about our company and the wide range of training and career opportunities at MTC.

We are excited to welcome our two dual students to MTC!

Nick and Valentin started the International Business dual study programme at DHBW Heidenheim on 1st October 2025. Having completed the initial theoretical phase of their studies, they started working with us in January, applying their academic knowledge in a practical business environment. As part of the programme, they will rotate through various departments, taking on independent projects within their assigned departments. 

The entire MTC team would like to sincerely thank all of our business partners for the trust they have once again placed in us this year.

Once again this year, we have chosen to forgo Christmas gifts for our clients and business partners, instead supporting an organisation that is very close to our hearts: Glühwürmchen e.V. in Tapfheim.

The association is dedicated to supporting seriously ill, chronically ill and cancer patients, as well as their families, and makes an invaluable contribution to the local community.

Last Sunday, the 10th Bona Inclusion Run took place in Dillingen – a real highlight with over 1000 participants and an amazing atmosphere. The MTC team took part with great motivation and team spirit, impressing not only with their athletic performance but also having plenty of fun along the way.

With an outstanding 2nd place in the team ranking (out of 93 teams), our #teamMTC once again demonstrated that dedication and community spirit go hand in hand.

On September 24 and 25, 2025, MTC celebrated the successful premiere of its first in-house exhibition, MTConnect 2025. Under the motto “Meeting – Exhibition – Networking,” the company’s warehouse was transformed into a versatile exhibition space featuring booths, networking areas, and expert presentations.

The participation of several sister companies from the parent company, DiscoverIE Group plc, was a special highlight. They presented themselves at their own booths, sharing their expertise directly with visitors.
