With the introduction of the new TCMWA series, MTC now offers a multifunctional hybrid material that provides thermal conductivity as well as a significant improvement in electromagnetic compatibility.
The thermally conductive EMI absorbers are used between the heat source and the heat sink and feature the following properties, among others:
- Heat conductive and EMI attenuating at the same time
- Thermal conductivities of 2, 3 and 4 W/m*K available
- Excellent EMI damping properties
- Operating temperature range -60 to +180°
- Tested according to UL-94 V0
- Halogen-free, and compliant
